We've added a powerful new bulk import feature that lets you add multiple activity logs at once, perfect for catching up on logging or entering data from paper timesheets.

Key Features

Add Up to 20 Logs at Once

No more entering logs one at a time. Open the bulk import dialog and add up to 20 activity logs in a single session. Each row includes all the same fields as the regular log entry form.

Apply to All & Apply to Selected

Speed up data entry with our bulk apply tools:

  • Apply to All: Set the same Site, Supervisor, or License/Degree across all rows with one click
  • Apply to Selected: Use checkboxes to select specific rows and apply values only to those entries
  • Select All / Deselect All: Quickly toggle selection for all rows

Row-Level Customization

While bulk apply makes common entries fast, you can still customize each row individually. Set different supervisors, sites, or categories for each log entry as needed.

Full Smart Mode & Legacy Mode Support

The bulk import works seamlessly with both tracking modes:

  • Smart Mode: Select Experience/Supervision type, bucket, and activity for each row
  • Legacy Mode: Choose hour type and category for each row

Users without a license progression are automatically directed to legacy mode.

Free Tier Awareness

For free tier users, the dialog displays how many more logs you can add before reaching the free tier limit, helping you plan your entries accordingly.

How to Use

  1. Navigate to your Activity Logs page
  2. Click the "Bulk Import" button next to the "Add Log" button
  3. Add rows using the "Add Row" button (up to 20)
  4. Fill in the details for each log or use "Apply to All" for common fields
  5. Click "Create Logs" to save all entries at once

Tips for Fast Data Entry

  • Use Tab to move between fields quickly
  • Set your most common site and supervisor using "Apply to All" first
  • Use checkboxes with "Apply to Selected" for groups of similar entries
  • The dialog prevents accidental closure - your data is safe while you work
