Do I lose my data if I stop paying?
No. You can export your data at any time, including if you ever decide to cancel your subscription. We want to protect you from vendor lock-in, so you always keep your hours, supervisors, and site history even if you move off License Trail.
Can I import existing hours?
Yes. Every plan includes a free concierge import—send us your spreadsheet, CSV, or even photos of paper logs, and our team will migrate your data within 48 hours. We also provide a CSV template you can fill out and upload yourself if you prefer.
Does this work for my state?
License Trail is flexible enough to meet requirements across all 50 states. Customize categories and tracking to match your specific licensing board's requirements. Whether you're in California, New York, Texas, or anywhere else, we've got you covered.
Can I track multiple licenses?
Absolutely. License Trail supports tracking for multiple credentials and license types in one account. Whether you're pursuing your LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or psychology license—or multiple licenses at once—you can manage everything in one organized system.
How do I generate reports for my licensing board?
Currently, we do support generating reports, but we do not offer a way to generate reports for your specific licensing board. We are actively working on this feature and will update you as soon as it is available.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes, you can try License Trail free for your first 20 log entries. After that, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan.
Which license types are supported?
We support all major mental health licenses including Counselors (LPC, LCMHC, LPCC), Marriage & Family Therapists (LMFT, AMFT, IMFT), Social Workers (LCSW, LMSW, LGSW), and Psychologists (LEP, LLP, LP, LPA, LCP).
